After you have purchased and installed your extension follow these steps:
1. Login to your Magento Admin Account
2. Go to Stores > Configuration > IWD > Select the extension you are licensing
3. Locate the General Settings
4. Next to Enable, select Yes from the drop down
5. Next to Purchased Email: Please enter the email address that was used to purchase this product from IWD Agency
6. Click Save Configuration in the top right
After you save, a status will appear next to Status under the General Settings.
Status: License Active
- Your license has successfully activated
Status: License Inactive
We were unable to locate a license with your email your@mail.com. Please enter the email address used to purchase this product from IWD. To learn more, please review our licensing information.
- If you receive this notification that means that the email you entered is incorrect. Please make sure that you entered the email address you used to purchase this particular product from IWD Agency.
Status: License Inactive
You have used the maximum of 3 domains for your license. To learn more or to request support, please review our licensing information.
- You have maxed out on the number of domains you can use. To edit a domain or request more, please follow these steps.

This domain has been forbidden to use this licensed product. To learn more or to request support, please review our licensing information.
- This warning could appear for several reasons. Forexampleif you have maxed out your 3 domains and are using this on a fourth domain without having requested more domains from IWD directly. To find out more information on why your domain has been forbidden please contact us directly.

We were unable to verify this domain with your product license. Please activate this domain in your customer account at IWD. To learn more or to request support, please review our licensing information

- This warning could appear for several reasons. To find out more information on why your license has been disabled please contact us directly.

Your license for this product has expired. To learn more or to request support, please review our licensing information.
- This could have happened for a couple different reasons. Most likely your subscription has been paused due to incorrect payment information. Please login to your IWD Agency account and make sure your subscription payment information is up-to-date. If your subscription has not been canceled and your payment information is correct but your license still says it's expired please contact us directly.
Status: License Inactive
Please enter the email address used to purchase this product in order to activate your license. To learn more or to request support, please review our licensing information.
- Please make sure that you followed step 5 of the activation process correctly. In the text field next to Purchased Email, please enter the exact email address you used to purchase this particular product from IWD Agency.
REGISTER DOMAINS
1. Go to iwdagency.com
2. Click Menu in the top right and login to your customer account
3. Under My Products, find the product you want to add domains to
4. Select the "Register Domain" text link for the product
5. Enter/update the registered domains
6. Click the Update button to save your changes
