Follow these steps to manage your Order Manager account plan:

UPGRADING PLAN


1. To update your version of Order Manager, login to the customer account on IWD Agency that purchased the extension


2. Click My Account to login


3. Once logged-in, click My Account once more to be directed to customer account area


4. Locate the [M2] Order Manager extension on the page and click the Update Plan button


5. Select the plan you would like to upgrade to

  • Free users: you will need to proceed to checkout to complete the upgrade process
  • Paid users: if you are upgrading to a higher plan then your monthly amount will updated after confirming the upgrade




DOWNGRADING PLAN


1. To downgrade your version of Order Manager, login to the customer account on IWD Agency that purchased the extension


2. Click My Account to login


3. Once logged-in, click My Account once more to be directed to customer account area


4. Locate the [M2] Order Manager extension on the page and click the Update Plan button


5. Select the plan you would like to downgrade. Your monthly amount will be updated after confirming downgrade.




CANCELLING PLAN


1. To cancel your version of Order Manager, login to the customer account on IWD Agency that purchased the extension


2. Click My Account to login


3. Once logged-in, click My Account once more to be directed to customer account area


4. Locate the [M2] Order Manager extension on the page and click the Cancel Subscription text link under License Key




UPDATING PAYMENT INFORMATION FOR PLAN


1. To update the payment information for your Order Manager account, login to the customer account on IWD Agency that purchased the extension


2. Click My Account to login


3. Once logged-in, click My Account once more to be directed to customer account area


4. Locate the [M2] Order Manager extension on the page and click the Update Payment text link under License Key
