VIEW REQUESTED FEATURES
1. Go to iwdagency.com
2. Click 'My Account' in the top right and sign into your account
3. Click 'My Account' to view your Account Dashboard
4. Select 'Requested Features' from the left Navigation
4. Select 'Requested Features' from the left Navigation
5. When the 'Requests' tab is selected from the top menu you can view all of your customer's requested features.
6. To see more requests, scroll down the page and select a new page number
CHANGE STATUS OF A REQUESTED FEATURE
1. Go to iwdagency.com
2. Click 'My Account' in the top right and sign into your account
3. Click 'My Account' to view your Account Dashboard
4. Select 'Requested Features' from the left Navigation

5. A request's status can be found in the bottom right corner of the request block. To change this status, click on the status button and select a new status option from the drop down
REQUESTED FEATURE STATUSES
Pending: This request is waiting to receive a status
In Review: This request is currently being reviewed as a future feature
Coming Soon: This request is in progress and will be coming soon
Completed: This request has been completed
Disapprove: This request has been disapproved as a
valid
requested feature
Delete: This request will be deleted from the system
ADD A COMMENT TO A FEATURE
1. Go to iwdagency.com
2. Click 'My Account' in the top right and sign into your account
3. Click 'My Account' to view your Account Dashboard
4. Select 'Requested Features' from the left Navigation

5. Click the 'Comments' tab from the top menu
6. To add a comment to
a requests, click the 'Add Comment' button in the bottom left corner of the request block.
7. Type your comment in the text box where it says 'Add
comment
...'
8. Click the 'Comment' button to the right of the text box.
