Hi there, I search such extension than i can adjust a unique invoice number. In Hungary Magento billing system arent legal. We use other billing software. ..but we would like to illustrate such invoice in our webstore which number is same like the orginal invoice number. Invoice number in our magento store will be not continued. For example: 1st order's invoice number is 2017/00001, 2nd order invoice number 2017/00005. Can I edit invoice number each invoices?

I have a requirement where a user submits an order which is followed by me manually calculating and updating the freight costs. Once updated on the order, the user needs to be notified of this so that they can finish the checkout process. Is this possible with this extension?

Hi Njrealdeal, with Order Manager you can edit an order's shipping method and select to notify the customer of the change. However, this change can only be made after the customer has finished the checkout process and placed an order. Then the order will appear in your Magento admin panel and you will be able to modify the order's shipping information and notify the customer of the updated amount.

Edward, the closest you could do with our solution is to activate Free Shipping method and rename it to something like Freight Shipping, then once the order is placed you can enter the shipping amount manually and send this order change to the customer for approval - in which case they will receive an email with the requested change and they can approve the order change.

Got it but our requirement is that we do not want to charge/authorize the payment at the initial checkout page (transparent to the end-user); Once freight is calculated and we update the pending order in the extension backend, we want to notify the customer and have him/her do a final checkout through the site; Is the process that I am describing supported?

Can we assign a stock source to a website only ? Imagine I have website A and B with stock A and B. Orders on website A must decrement stock A by default without operation of assignment.

Hello - I am looking into a workflow that would allow a customer a window of time to make order edits. My customer service team is faced with recalling shipments and manually placing new order for customers. Does your tool allow a customer to make the same changes to their order before it ships? I imagine the workflow being that a "pending processing" status exists for 30 minutes after an order is placed, allowing a customer to catch an item or address mistake and make a correction before the order status changes to "at warehouse" closing the opportunity for make further edits.

Hi Blake, unfortunately Order Manager does not allow customers to make changes to their orders. However, it does allow admin to edit an existing order at any time without creating a new order. Thanks for your question.

Are all of the features listed above included with "Manage Order"? i.e. Authorize.Net CIM and Paypal Re-Authorize payments. It looks like Authorize.Net CIM would be a separate extension to purchase?

Hi Betty, if you increased an order's amount after editing then you can automatically re-authorize the order's payment with Authorize.Net and PayPal Payflow Pro. We offer a separate extension called Authorize.Net CIM that is compatible with our Order Manager solution. If both are used on your store then after increasing an order's amount, the CIM extension will only authorize the difference between the original order amount and the new amount. For example, if the order was $100 and increased to $125 then the customer will see an authorization on their credit card for $100 and $25. Without the CIM extension, the customer would see two authorizations: $100 and $125 (the original authorization of $100 will be canceled. Time to cancel this authorization depends on the customer's bank).

Hi James, once an order has been archived it will only appear in the Sales -> Archive Sales table. Customer's that log into their account will not be able to review archived orders in their account.

I noticed the "Update At" column has the index pointed to "updated_at", however the filter_index is pointed to "created_at". Is this by design, or is that a bug?

Can you tell me whether the code is well documented or that you can give us some information on where we can change the code? In the items section we would like to add things like EAN code (and if not available add them there), the courier that needs to be used for item(s), etc?

Hi Marcos, yes with the Order Manager extension you can adjust the shipping method for an order. When editing, you can select another existing shipping method or create a custom method unique to that order. Additionally, you can modify the shipping amount, taxes, choose to notify the customer via email about the shipping change or choose if the customer must verify the change before applying it to the order.

Hi Lori, you can perform some bulk ordering such as: cancelling orders, printing invoices / packing slips / credit memos / shipping labels, archive orders, place orders on hold, and change the status of multiple orders at once. At this point you cannot invoice , ship, and refund multiple orders. We will note your request and consider it for a future release :)

Archive orders should not move invoices to archive. because if store merchant like to find invoice or generate monthly invoice export or print invoices from last quarter for accountant it is very hard to pick all invoices together and print to PDF. Since many PDF Invoice extensions in Magento work from main invoice grid, any invoice that is placed in Order Manager Invoice archive cannot be printed! Or only default Magento print function is working. Please don't move invoices to archive or give option for store merchant for more flexiblity. Now when I liked to export all my invoices from past last 2016 quarted one by one - with exact sorting - I needed to move all things from Archive to main order grid - print invoices and move them back to archive. this is not helping in day to day order managment. Order Manager logic for archive should be changed - to similar to Mageworx Order Manager - where orders are getting flag Archived/Deleted and additional column is present on my grid - where you can filter orders by archive/delete state - without any extra Archive repo for it.

All stock changes should be logged into separate product details tab at admin area. It should be added for normal Magento stock and/or for multiple warehouses.

Very often I like to give manual discount for backorder. but only shopping cart and cart rules works. I can change product price to custom price, but due to rounding many times I cannot give extra manual discount to totals (similar to shopping cart rules). Please add option with field to add manual discount flat amount or percentage. Like 1.5% without shopping cart rules or for example -0.01$ to totals NOT to products. Similar to Custom Fee amount you added

Thank you for your request. Do you want to add additional discount/fee during checkout or for existing order? Note, Order Manager has Custom Fee for order total and you can use a negative value for add custom discount and a positive value for the custom fee.

Hi, we would love to see a tabbed view on the Orders screen. eg: a tab for all New Orders, one for Completed, and others for Requiring Action, In Progress etc. This way we can instantly see the workload for each part of our order handling process and complicated orders would not get lost or forgotten. The Tabs would essentially just be filtered views. In the admin config, you could enable/disable each custom tab, specify a text title and choose which order statuses are assigned. In the orders screen, each tab would display total # orders by the tab title, so you can tell how many orders are in each tab.
