QC Supply

QC Supply is the farming and livestock king of the Midwest. The client's outdated Magento 1 Store was just not doing their brand nor customers justice. The client was looking for a full data migration of over 50,000 products, full branding sweep, and additional customizations to meet all of their customers’ needs. They wanted to reinvent their web presence for a wide ranged target audience by modernizing their outdated style, simplifying the shopping process, and improving the functionality of their former site. With such a large database of products, QC Supply also relied on the help of a data driven platform, GroupBy, to enhance customer searches.

IWD tackled the challenge of migrating QC Supply from Magento 1 to Magento 2. Their migration did not just include the data, but an ERP connection with Microsoft Nav. Not wanting to lose the easy search functionality for their frequent customers, IWD built a custom integration that connected their data driven platform, GroupBy, with Magento. IWD worked with ShipperHQ to scale their custom shipping methods, and restrictions. During their checkout process, QC also wanted to give their customers the option to checkout with some custom payment methods like their John Deere Financial Plan, or their Personal Accounts plan.
