Marucci, a Baton Rouge-based producer of innovative, professional-grade baseball equipment, needed a stand-alone membership site to promote their exclusive rewards program, Club Marucci. They wanted to allow members to track and accrue points by interacting with the site, sharing products via social media, and watching videos on Marucci TV. Members could then spend those points on baseball equipment or a free yearly membership.
By working with IWD on a new Magento site, customers could now join a tiered membership plan that allowed them to earn points just by exploring the site. Each member can access to a personalized rewards dashboard that includes a video feed from Marucci TV and a points breakdown that shows current points and how they can earn more. Marucci can create custom rules for customers to earn points to drive more traffic to specific content or campaigns. The site is fully responsive, allowing members to access the site and earn points using any device.
